We work closely with social sector decision-makers including Ministers and social sector chief executives — to whom we provide advice. Our role is to make it easier for the social system to understand, decide on and do more of what really works, for better lives.

Well-formed insights make compelling cases for action across the social system, by showing what’s possible. We produce and deliver evidence informed insights uniquely, by working together with the social system and service users. This approach is designed to facilitate positive, sustainable change for New Zealand’s social system and our wellbeing.
